Shipping & Delivery Policy

Domestic Delivery  

Luxe Marché offers free shipping for all pickups and orders for all the clients located within India. Luxe Marché dispatches all the orders within 7-10 days of complete payment. However, Luxe Marché is not responsible for any delays in shipping and delivery due to an unforeseen delay.

Cash on Delivery is available at a minimal extra charge of 3% of the order value. Certain PIN Codes are not serviceable for Cash on Delivery option. Please get in touch with our customer care team on +91 9877609065 to avail assistance on the cash on delivery option.

International Delivery

All products are eligible to be shipped outside India. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the item can be legally imported into the destination country. Regulations may prohibit importation of items made with exotic materials. Please note that the customer is responsible for any import duties, goods and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT) and customs fees. However, shipping times vary based on destination.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside of India may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees levied by the destination country. All orders are delivered with duties unpaid, and all import taxes, duties and customs fees, as well as compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country, are the customer's responsibility. Luxe Marché may provide the international shipper with the product details, including cost, as well as customer name and address or other contact details, so that the information can be provided to destination customs or postal authorities, to the extent required under the laws and regulations of the destination country.

Returns

All items that are returnable within India, per our Return Policy, are also returnable internationally. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
