Return Policy

We offer 100% hassle free exchanges or returns.

• The buyer must contact Luxe Marché via email (luxemarchebusiness@gmail.com) for return. The request for return must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery. Any request for return or exchange beyond 24 hours of delivery shall not be accepted. All returns must be sent back within 5 days from the date of delivery.
• Returns for the products which are viewed in person (upon deliveries) and paid in full or partial after viewing are not accepted.
• All the products marked as ‘Sale’ cannot be returned.
• For returns due to receiving a damaged product, please make a detailed video of unboxing of the packaging showing in detail the courier slip and the damage to the product.
• For returning the products, the buyer will be charged an amount of Rs. 2,500.
• Luxe Marché does not allow returns due to colour variations in the products which may arise due to photography. 

Refunds

• Refunds are processed only through bank transfer, irrespective of the original mode of payment.
• Please ensure that the items being returned are packaged securely. We accept no responsibility for the items that are lost, delayed or damaged in transit.
• The items purchased via COD or payment gateway, the fee charged to Luxe Marché of the customer is not refundable. The deductions shall be applied as per the actuals.
• For returning the products, the buyer will be charged an amount of Rs. 2,500. And the remaining amount of refund will be issued as Luxe Marché Credit within 5-7 working days of receiving the product. The credit voucher shall have lifetime validity. The credit voucher can be used on one or multiple transactions.
