Are all items sold on Luxe Marché authentic?

 

Absolutely Yes. Luxe Marché follows an absolutely zero tolerance policy for counterfeit items.

 

Luxe Marché has empaneled a team of Professional Authenticators who are based in different parts of the world and specialize in the professional authentication of luxury articles. Professional Authenticator is a term used to refer to someone who is globally accepted as a leading authority in understanding the finest details of luxury brands from their decades of experience in working with those brands. 

 

What is the process of authentication that is followed?

The authentication process has three levels of authentication to ensure that even the finest counterfeit (first copies, as they are popularly called) do not make their way through our tests. Authentication is a process where the article is evaluated based on a combination of variables like the stamp codes, hologram stickers, stitching, material, craftsmanship, hallmarks, and other such determinants.

 First Level of Authentication:

Once an article is procured, the first level of authentication is undertaken by the in-house team of authenticators at LM (who are also very good at their job!). This screening of the product is done even before the product is received physically. This verification is done through code checking, video screening and other available methods.

Second Level of Authentication:

Once an article passes the test of first level authentication, we arrange for the physical delivery of the article to our stockroom. Once it is received, the article now undergoes a rigorous in-house authentication in person. Along with leather grooming, the article undergoes state-of-the-art evaluation to establish if it is indeed an original designer piece.

 Third Level of Authentication:

Finally, when the in-house team gives its go-ahead to an article in the authentication test, the article is then investigated by our international panel of Professional Authenticators. Luxe Marché pays them for their services. Once confirmed by them (which is often the case because of the first and second levels), the article is then issued a Certificate of Authenticity along with a Lifetime of Guarantee by Luxe Marché.

 

Do all items from Luxe Marché come with a Certificate of Authenticity?

Yes, all the items listed on Luxe Marché are accompanied with a Certificate of Authenticity. It comes with a Lifetime of Guarantee by Luxe Marché.

 

How to find the condition of the items?

We sell items in varying conditions. Each individual page mentions the condition of the item. We categorise them under following conditions:

  • New,
  • Like New,
  • Pristine,
  • Gently Used,
  • Well Used.

Do you charge for delivery?

No. The cost of delivery within India is borne by Luxe Marché. However, the cost of shipping internationally is additional and it is charged as per the actuals.

 

Do you negotiate prices?

Yes. On every individual item page, there is an option of negotiating the price. You can send us your offers and we can take it up with the seller.  

 

What is the Cancellation/Return Policy?

The order can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the same. To initiate the cancellation, please call us on +91 98776 09065 or by writing to us on luxemarchebusiness@gmail.com.

In case of a return, a request for return can be raised within 12 hours of receiving it. The product must be shipped back to us within 3 working days, else the claim of return shall forfeit. The product shall be unused and must be kept in the condition as received by the buyer, along with all the attachments (if any). The return of the product can be only initiated if the condition of the item received does not match with the condition depicted on the website.

 

How long does it take to get my refund?

The amount of refund will be credited in your account within 7 working days of receiving the products back with us.

 

When will I receive the delivery of my order?

Most items are shipped within 7 business days and are delivered within the next 5 business days, depending upon the location of the buyer.

 

Does Luxe Marché ship internationally?

Yes. Luxe Marché ships internationally at an additional cost of shipping which is as per the actuals. However, the buyers are themselves liable to bear the Custom Duty, at the place of import.

 

How to list an item for sale at Luxe Marché?

On our home page, you will find the “Sell with Us” tab. Simply click on it and fill the form. Our consignment team will review the items and get back to you within 48hours. What the factors taken into consideration while pricing a product?

Pricing of each item depends on many factors, including the demand of the particular item, condition, brand value, age, belongings and retail value.

 

Will you buy my designer items (instead of consignment)?

Currently, we are taking items only on consignment. However, we do come out with offers to buy certain selected articles right away. Keep a tab on our Instagram page for such offers.

 

Do I need to clean my items before sending?

We take care of the cleaning of the items. But we expect that you check your items to ensure that you don’t send any of your personal belongings with it. It would also be appreciated if the items sent to us are cleaned to the extent that you can.  

 

How do I send my items to you?

We arrange for the items to be picked up from you. All you need to do is securely pack them in a carton.

 

Do you share the details of the sellers and buyers?

Identities of our buyers and sellers are kept private and confidential. We do not reveal the details of the buyers or sellers to anyone. Personal details of all our clients are secure with us.
