Terms & Conditions

1. Products to be offered for sale via our Instagram page and website are subject to approval by us. As part of this approval process, the Seller is required to let us have certain information about itself and the products for sale.
2. The Seller needs to provide the accurate and complete details of condition of the product, original purchase price (including proof of purchase, certificates of authenticity and original packaging, wherever possible), photographs of the products and any other information that we specify.
3. Products of various brands will be accepted by us and we shall have the sole right to decide whether a product of a particular brand can be sold on our page. The decision of the page with respect to the same shall be final and binding upon the parties.
4. Only the original merchandise is permitted to be sold on our page. The product should be in very good condition. The products with severe traces of use, stains, holes, odours or other damage will not be accepted by us.
5. All Products to be offered for sale via us are authenticated by a third party experts and/ or in house team of experts. The said experts will determine whether the product is original and fit for resale. They will also inspect to ensure that its details meet with the manufacturers established standards of quality in: stamping, stitching, hardware, authenticity stamps, date codes, serial number (where applicable), materials, craftsmanship etc.
6. We will notify the Seller by an email as soon as reasonably practicable whether we approve the Seller’s products for resale. If the Seller wishes to proceed on that basis, then the Seller would be required to send the products to us. The costs incurred to send the product to the us shall be borne by us.
7. If we find that the product sent by the Seller is not an original or genuine product, then we shall inform the same to the Seller. The said product will only be sent back to the Seller after a fee of Rs. 5,000 is paid by the Seller to us. We also reserve the right to take a legal action against a seller who knowingly sends a duplicate product to us.
8. All Products are at the Seller’s risk until we are in possession of them. The Seller is recommended to insure their products during delivery and transit. We are not responsible for the Seller’s products whilst they are in our possession.
9. Upon receipt of the Seller’s products, we will send the products either to third party experts and/ or in house team of experts who will manually inspect the product to assess its condition, authenticity and any undeclared damage. After inspection, if we are satisfied about the quality and originality of the product, we will send the Seller an acceptance by email. We will also notify the Seller about the final quote along with the commission that will be charged by us and all applicable taxes payable with respect to the product, or at what price we are ready to offer in exchange of the product. If the Seller is not agreeable, we shall return the product to the Seller free of cost. However, if we find that the product(s) sent by the Seller is not an original or genuine product, then in accordance with clause 7, the said product will only be sent back to the seller after a cost of Rs. 5,000 is paid by the seller to us. However, if the Seller disagrees with the final quote as provided by us, we may provide a revised price for the product.
10. If the product is sold within this period of 90 days, then payment would be made to the seller within 24 to 48 hours (working days) from the time the product is sold. If the product is not sold within this period of 90 days, then we reserve our right to re-negotiate the price of the product with the Seller or return the same to the seller. We shall, however, continue to keep the listing active. If the product is sold after its return to the seller, the seller shall at once send it back to us. Also, it is a deemed undertaking by the seller to not change/modify/spoil etc., the condition of the product while the listing is active.  
11. Communication of acceptance of the abovementioned terms and conditions shall be explicitly made by way of an email.
12. The Seller agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, actions, suit, damages; or other costs arising out of any breach of representations or warranties set forth in this agreement.
13. The waiver by either party of a breach of any provision of this Agreement will not operate or be interpreted as a waiver of any other or subsequent breach.
14. Any disputes, claims and/or questions whatsoever arising out of the deed or any dispute regarding the representations, obligations, between the parties or the construction, interpretation or the application thereof or any clause or thing herein contained or as to any act, deed or commission or omission of any person or as to any other matter in any way relating to the deed shall be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed by the parties. The decision given by the Arbitrator shall be final and binding upon the parties. The venue of such Arbitration shall be at Mohali, Punjab, India only. The Arbitrator shall invoke the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and shall have summary powers to decide the dispute and shall also have power to dispense with the provisions of Civil Procedure Code and the Indian Evidence Act.
